THE STRENGTH IN LOVING

If love makes one weak, let me be the weakest person alive. Love is thought of today as a tool used by the strong to control the weak. Those who love are considered the weaker vessels, and are usually at the receiving end of a heartbreak.

Usually after an emotional setback, we look for ways to protect ourselves from being a victim of heartbreak. This has led us to run after theories and principles created by man to guide the heart from loving freely.

Yes! Love can take you to the lowest possible state – Jesus took the form of man. Love makes you vulnerable – Jesus was bruised and crucified by his creation. Love usually comes with a sacrifice – Jesus died so that man can have everlasting life. The Bible described love as the greatest and everlasting – Jesus returned back to heaven and He’s sitting the right hand of God; with a name that's greater than any other.

Love can make you look little but it takes true strength to love, to trust and to hope. You are stronger that's why you are able to love.
