THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING
A student who finds it very difficult to do the simple things that his mate could do or a woman that has been married for years but unable to bear a child or when a man is living a life with no point of direction, some would say that he is bewitched. Life throws many questions at us at different stages but many a time the answer to these questions is not far from our finger tips if only we can choose to listen.
I heard a story of man whose life was not so good. Everything he tries fails, everything he puts his hand into goes south. He met a particular prophet that told him that the answer to his problems lives in his family compound in the village. The prophet told him that he his bewitched by the grand father who happened to be the oldest person in the compound and the most neglected by all his children. This man traveled down to the village to confront his problem. He went straight into the compound to where is grand father was and started him. Neighbors and passerby gathered around to know what is happening. When they asked him why, He said, "a prophet told him that the oldest man in his family compound is responsible for his failure".
When Jesus encountered a man that was blind from birth, Jesus told him that his condition is not a result of his sin or his father's sin but an occasion to see the power of God. When the blind man followed Jesus's instruction, he was able to see.
Have you ever felt like there's no way forward for you? You are not even sure if there is a God or even if there is, He is not interested in helping you? Jesus is the answer. These miracles were written that you may believe that Jesus is the messiah, the son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name (John 20:30).
