OVER AND OVER AGAIN

Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is called foolishness. But the Bible did say that God will use the foolish things of this world to shame the wise. When it comes to challenges and problems, it is written in the Bible that we should take it all to God. What if the solution we are praying for is not forthcoming, what do we do next? Jesus said, "Keep praying until you see the change that you desire".

I was opportune to have a conversation with a man about is marriage. He told me that his wife offended him deeply, and he can not forgive her, and for that reason he can not pray with her. They've been praying separately. They both live in the same house, eat together sometimes, but the woman doesn't know that her husband holds a grudge concerning what she said while she was angry.

I can't go to the woman to talk to her about it. I couldn't ask the man to let it go, there's absolutely nothing i can say that will change his mind. One thing i know i can do is pray about it, so i prayed. I kept on praying and hoping that one day God will give the man a forgiving heart. One faithful morning, the man joined her to her. She was shocked. She asked, "are you joining us to pray?" He replied, "Yes".
There are so many examples where continuous prayers yield bountiful results. Like in the case of Daniel that prayed for the same thing for 21 days.

Praying continuously until we get the result we seek shows our dependence on God. Without Him all hope is lost.
It is written, "Those who put their trust in the LORD, He shall renew their strength; they shall run and not be weary".
